Being able to access our raid calendar directly from your personal Google Calendar can save you a lot of time and ensure you're always updated. This is especially useful for space raiders who want to be in the loop without constantly checking the community chats.
Below are step-by-step instructions on how to integrate our raid calendar with your Google Calendar:
Ensure you have a Google account. If you don't, .
Use this Calendar URL:
Go to and sign in with your Google account.
On the left-hand side, locate the section named "Other calendars."
Click on the "+" icon to the right of "Other calendars."
From the dropdown menu, choose "From URL."
Now, paste the URL of our public calendar into the provided field.
Click on the "Add calendar" button.
(Note: If you don't have the iCal link or URL for our calendar, please ask an administrator or refer to our guild's communication channels.)
Once added, the calendar will appear under "Other calendars" on the left sidebar.
Click on the three vertical dots next to our calendar's name for more options.
You can rename the calendar for easier identification.
Adjust the color to differentiate it from your other calendars.
Adjust the notifications to ensure you're informed in a manner that suits you.
To get real-time notifications and updates:
Click on the three vertical dots next to our calendar's name.
Choose "Settings and sharing."
Scroll to the "Event notifications" section.
Add or adjust the notifications as per your preference. For example, you might want a notification 10 minutes before a raid or a daily overview every morning.
If you use the Google Calendar app on your phone:
Make sure you're logged into the same Google account.
The added calendar should sync automatically. If not, go to "Settings" in the app, select our calendar, and ensure it's set to "Sync."
That's it! You've now integrated our raid calendar into your Google Calendar. You will receive real-time notifications and updates on upcoming raids and events. By doing this, you'll ensure you're always prepared and in the know. Happy raiding!
