The primary objective of a speaker is to ensure that the Space Raider team is correctly represented in Twitter spaces. They need to be able to read the room and understand when it is appropriate to speak up or not. A speaker must know how to engage with the audience without being intrusive or interrupting the flow of the conversation.

They should understand how to soft-shill or promote the alliance in a subtle and respectful manner. They must also know how to do a proper shill, which involves promoting the alliance directly and enthusiastically, without appearing spammy. Additionally, they must be able to sell the alliance without even shilling at all, by presenting a positive and engaging message that resonates with the audience.

The speaker should have excellent communication skills and a confident and relaxed demeanor. They must understand how to project their voice and how to hold the attention of the audience. It is crucial that they be comfortable with improvisation and can think on their feet.
